Our products ship from our Loveland, Colorado facility. Please review the following policies before placing orders. If you have further questions please feel free to ask through our Contact Form and we will get back to you on business days within 24 hours (M-F).


  • Track your package with your USPS tracking number.
  • We ship within 1-2 business days* after your order is placed.
    • For example an item ordered during the business day on Friday would be shipped by Tuesday.
  • For domestic orders we ship via USPS
  • When your order ships you will receive a tracking number to the email address provided during checkout.
  • If you created an account during checkout the tracking information can be viewed by going into the detail of an order.
  • International purchases are not available at this time.


  • Payments accepted through PayPal. You may pay with either your PayPal account or your credit card through PayPal.
  • Credit card and bank information is never collected on the site, this information is passed directly and securely to PayPal.
  • Coupon codes can be applied in the shopping cart before proceeding to PayPal.
  • Taxes are charged for orders shipped to Colorado.


  • We accept back-orders on many products that are still in active production.
  • Standard back-order time is 10 business days.


  • Warranties if applicable are solely provided and handled through the manufacturer of the product.  Please contact the product’s manufacturer for further information.

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges

  • Return Terms:

    • Product must be eligible for a return.
      • Due to safety concerns toys, perches, enclosures are not eligible for returns after contact with an animal.
      • The merchandise to be eligible must be returned damage-free with all original materials and packaging.
    • Return eligibility timeline:
      • Merchandise returned within 7 days of receipt is eligible for a full refund.
      • Merchandise returned between 8 and 30 days of receipt is eligible for a return and refund less a restocking fee of 20%.
      • Merchandise returned after 30 days of receipt is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
    • The buyer pays for return shipping.
    • Contact must be made FIRST prior to returning the merchandise.
  • Exchange Terms:

    • If a given product meets the Return Terms then it is eligible for an exchange.
    • The restocking fee will be waived if applicable.
    • In the majority of cases:
      • The new product will be charged on a new invoice
      • After confirmed and returned the original product will be refunded.
  • Specific Product Type Notes:

    • Food

      • Un-opened food is eligible for a return see return terms below.
      • Opened food is not eligible for a return.
      • In some cases the manufacturer of the food offers guarantees if your pet does not like it.  If so that will need to be resolved with the manufacturer.
    • Toys, Perches, Enclosures

      • Due to safety concerns toys, perches and enclosures are not eligible for a return if they have come into contact with an animal.  Only items in their original sealed packaging will be accepted.

  • All service marks, trademarks and trade names of third party organizations, manufacturers or service providers are governed by their respective owners.


  • All financial information is securely processed by PayPal so you can shop with confidence.
